about

Re:sender Volume #2 is the third in this series, after "Tentacular Remixed" (send088) and Re:sender Volume #1 (send089).
This time Sender presents a single artist-release by Benno Blome. Sender 091 contains three mixes of his highly acclaimed "Nausicaä"-track, which was originally released in 2010 on send087. Additionally this package contains a remix of "Corbera" which you might know from his "Braitbendnoodles Ep" (send065) from 2007.
While David Keno's fantastic interpretation of Blome's "Nausicaä" adds a little Hip-Hop feel and goes into a more dubby direction, the french duo Jules & Moss get more dark, still keeping it saxy and playing with the vocals by A Guy Called Gerald from the original.
Benno came up with an update himself as well. Although he went down with the tempo about 4 bpm and made it a deeper version, you will still have goosebumps allover listening to this on the floor.
The remix of "Corbera" by David Delgado's project "BeleeJean" takes the track, which he plays until today, and makes a big new version with a lot of new drums- and percussion-spins.
