The city is full of flashy satellites, circling each other, full of loops that mark the city. In the line of sight, on parallel orbits, dark and pulsing.
Benno Blome, the Sender mastermind, wrote a custom made hymn for the "Satellite City". Classic Sender-sound: minimal, milling, unobtrousively undercooled but always with this urge of euphoria.
